Mr. Wallace is a native of Columbus, Georgia. Mr. Wallace received his undergraduate degree from Furman University, in Greenville, South Carolina (B.A. History & Political Science). Mr. Wallace then received his law degree from Mercer University, Walter F. George School of Law, in Macon, Georgia (J.D.).
