Mr.
McCallum has practiced with Stone & Baxter, LLP
since his graduation from law school in 2002. His
practice focuses primarily on business and corporate
law, commercial law and litigation, and bankruptcy
(debtor and creditor). Mr. McCallum is a state certified
mediator for general civil disputes. He was admitted
to the State Bar of Georgia in 2002, and he has experience
in Georgia state courts, federal district courts for
the Middle, Southern, and Northern districts of Georgia,
and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh
Circuit. He is also admitted to practice before the
Georgia Supreme Court and Georgia Court of Appeals.
He received his undergraduate degree from Mercer University
in 1999. He then attended Georgia State University
College of Law and received his J.D. in 2002, cum
laude. While at Georgia State, Mr. McCallum was an
active member of the Moot Court Board. In 2002, he
was a finalist in the William B. Spong National Invitational
Moot Court Competition held annually in Williamsburg,
Virginia. While in law school, he also mediated commercial
and residential lease disputes for the courts of Fulton
County, Georgia.
He is a member of the Sertoma Club of Macon, which
takes an active role in the improvement of the community.
He is also a member of the Macon Bar Association and
American Bar Association (Member, Business Law Section,
2002—). He is a member of Kappa Sigma Fraternity.
During his free time, he enjoys playing golf, fishing,
and camping.
