Revisiting David Cassidy and the Absolute Priority Rule

“Our Plan Proponent blog turned 2 years old this week! To honor the occasion, we decided to revisit the topic that started it all for us: the applicability of the “absolute priority rule” (APR) in individual Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
